GWEC APAC Wind Energy Summit

It has been an incredible week in South Korea, with our team from PKR Offshore Co., Ltd and Marco Polo Marine Ltd out in full force, at the recent GWEC APAC Wind Energy Summit in Incheon. Apart from our Group CEO Sean Lee who was present for the Summit, together with Ryan Quek from Marco Polo Marine Ltd, we also have our Management Team from PKR Offshore Co., Ltd, Kelvin Teo and Finnick Liu, plus our Head of BD, Korea Rachel Eunbi SHIN and local Korean partner from NSEL, Jasper Lim.

We would like to thank all our clients, business partners and associates who have taken time to drop by our booth under the Singapore Pavilion, with special thanks to Association of Singapore Marine & Offshore Energy Industries (ASMI) and Enterprise Singapore for their strong support and various clients’ link-up during the Summit too. In addition, we would also like to convey our appreciation to Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) for the opportunity to sponsor the networking coffee sessions and to share our experience on “Driving synergies in the APAC supply chain" during the Technical Session too.

The next 5 years will be an exciting time for offshore wind in APAC. Having successfully ventured into the offshore wind market in South Korea with our very 1st CTV charter this year, we will continue to work closely with like-minded partners to build up the local supply chain in this new market, so that we can better support our wind clients in their pipeline of upcoming offshore wind farms in the coming years!
