Recently, our team had the opportunity to visit IKEA Taiwan Headquarters to learn more about their company culture, internal collaboration practices, and how they support the well-being of over 2,000 employees across Taiwan.
We were deeply inspired by IKEA’s strong emphasis on open communication, cross-functional teamwork, and people-first leadership. Their thoughtfully designed workspaces, commitment to talent development, and comprehensive employee care programs—including wellness initiatives and regular health check-ups—truly reflect a culture that puts people at the heart of the organization.
